Terms of Use
Last updated: October 17, 2026
These terms apply to your use of icoopintel.com and any related pages or apps (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Uldis Lazdins, an individual based in Pennsylvania, USA ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. What the Service is
iCoopIntel collects gaming revenue figures that regulators publish, shows them in charts and tables, and adds statistical forecasts. It is an information service. We do not operate, offer or promote gambling.
2. No advice
Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, tax or betting advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or wager on anything. Do not make decisions based only on what you see here.
3. Data and accuracy
Figures come from public regulator publications. We run automated checks, but the data can still be delayed, incomplete, revised by the regulator, or read incorrectly. Always check the original source for anything important. Each market's page explains what its number measures.
4. Forecasts
Forecasts are produced by a statistical model. They are estimates, not promises. The shaded range shows where 8 in 10 simulated outcomes fall, which means about 2 in 10 fall outside it. Real results can and will differ.
5. Alerts and notifications
Notifications about new data may be late, missing or wrong. Do not rely on them for time-critical decisions.
6. Independence
The Service is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or speaking for any regulator, gaming operator, supplier, or the employer of its operator.
7. Accounts and invited areas
Some areas need an account or an invitation. Keep your login private and tell us if you think it has been misused. We may suspend or remove access at any time.
8. Acceptable use
Please do not: break the law using the Service; try to disrupt, overload or break into it; or copy it in bulk by automated means or resell it without our written permission. Normal personal and internal business use is welcome, and you may quote small excerpts if you credit iCoopIntel and link back.
9. Ownership
The underlying figures are published by the regulators, and their own terms apply to them. The way we present, combine and forecast them, along with our software, design and text, belongs to us. You get a limited, non-exclusive right to view the Service for your own use.
10. Availability and changes
We provide the Service "as is" and "as available". It may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time without notice.
11. No warranties and limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss or damage (including lost profits or losses from decisions you make) arising from your use of the Service. Where the law does not allow a full exclusion, our total liability is limited to US$100. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Using the Service after a change means you accept the new version.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
